The CIA World Factbook was first published in 1971 and became one of the most widely used reference resources in the world. On February 4, 2026, it was taken offline from cia.gov without advance notice.
This archive preserves all 261 country and entity profiles from the final edition. Data sourced from the factbook.json open data project (CC0 / Public Domain).
The EPA published over 50 climate change indicators tracking greenhouse gases, temperature, sea level, Arctic ice, droughts, wildfires, and more. In December 2025, over 80 climate-related pages were removed from EPA.gov.
This archive preserves all 57 indicators and 145 figures from the EPA's January 2025 snapshot, covering data from as early as 1750 through 2024.
